"I've gone to bear auto before the new owners/mechanics and, recently, after. We were pleasantly surprised to find that they met the standard of professionalism - expectations set by the previous mechanic/owner. There was only one hiccup in that the piece needed to fix our issue had a shipping delay. This was right around the time when the mountain passes were pretty much shut down do to the weather so it wasn't their fault at all."
